OWL does not publish photographs or names of individuals. Instead it points you at the official police, NCA and Interpol appeal pages — the only sources that are lawful, current and safe to act on.
If you see someone you believe is wanted
Never approach them, follow them, film them or post about them online. Doing so can put you in danger and can collapse a prosecution.
- Immediate danger or a crime in progress — call 999.
- Non-urgent sighting — call 101 or report online to your local force.
- Prefer to stay anonymous — Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
